30-day money-back guarantee We want you to love your ForgeLights. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
How to start a return
- Email us at autoforgecontacto@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with the return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, because packages sent without instructions can't be accepted.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging, with all its parts (light, magnetic plates and USB-C cable).
Return shipping The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted from your refund for it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items If your light arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You won't need to send the item back.
Refunds Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 30 days (usually much sooner). Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help you swap it.
Items we can't refund
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts
- Items sent back without contacting us first
Cancellations You can cancel your order for free within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it may have already shipped. In that case you can follow the return process above.
